(January 23, 2001) Summer Camp Offers Women Weekend Of Triathlon Training And Fun KETCHUM, ID. (Jan. 23, 2001) Camp Danskin, a series of traithlon training and education camps for women, will be expanding their program for 2001 to include four camp dates and sites. The camps offer women of all ages and abilities training information and workouts in a fun and supportive environment to help prepare them for the 2001 Danskin Womens Triathlon Races. All participants will learn about training principles and techniques and will create their own personalized training program. National coach of Camp Danskin, Sally Edwards has been setting the pace for the past 30 years as an author, exercise physiologist, educator, entrepeneur, triathlete and adventure racer. Sally, who has written 16 books on health, sports and fitness including Triathlons for Women says, for many women, learning the skills and putting together a program is the most important part of being successful in any kind of sports activity, which is what Camp Danskin provides. For those who want to get started in triathlon, to improve, Camp Danskin will provide the necessary skills, information and motivation.
