NFL Veteran Joins Leopards Coaching Staff

ATLANTA GA (April 25, 2002) NFL veteran Gerald Perry has joined the coaching staff of the Atlanta Leopards for the 2002 season. While he has been acting as a special consultant to the team for the past two months, he will now be working with the offensive line full time.

After leaving Southern University as an All-American Offensive Tackle in 1987, the Denver Broncos drafted Perry. Gerald also played with the Oakland Raiders ('93-'95) and the Los Angeles Rams ('95-'97).

"We are excited to have a seasoned professional on our staff,and we look forward to welcoming Gerald to the Leopards family," states LaTonya Watters, Leopards Owner.

The Atlanta Leopards will host the Chattanooga Locomotion April 27, at Lakewood Stadium in Atlanta.
