Women's Football Sets Record
For Website Visits

MADISON TN (January 9, 2002) The National Women's Football League is generating a ton of fans and the season doesn't start for another 4 months. The league's website: www.nwflcentral.com consistently receives a half a million hits to its website monthly.

In November, the league's website received 642,000 hits which has set a record. "Needless to say, we are very pleased with the attention and interest our league is receiving. And, we are astounded with the number of visitors and hits our website is getting monthly. Women's football is hot and this proves it," states VP of Marketing, Debby Lening.

The NWFL has gone from 10 teams to 21 teams for the 2002 season and has inked a deal to broadcast all of its game on the internet with eyecentrics.com. "We are also talking with a major network regarding the broadcast of our championship game in July," Lening adds.
