Walsh-May strike Gold in Norway

MONTREAL, CANADA (July 13, 2002) American duo Kerri Walsh and Misty May on Saturday won the gold medal here at World Tour Open in Montreal. They defeated Brazilians Adriana Behar-Shelda in an exciting match 2-0 (21-18, 25-23).

Earlier, Americans Holly McPeak and Elaine Youngs won the Bronze Medal by pulling off a victory over Olympic Gold Medalists from Sydney 2000 Kerri Pottharst and Natalaie Cook of Australia.
